Simon has joined the mhi-omics group as a master’s student in 2023. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in computer science at the University of Ottawa with a minor in biophysics. He is currently doing a master’s degree in bioinformatics at the Université de Montréal. His interest on artificial intelligence and biology applied to medical technologies bring him to mainly focus on bioinformatic methods and machine learning techniques to analyze metabolomic and lipidomic data of patient affected by heart failure with preserved ejection fraction.
