Ariane Champagne is an MSc student in Bioinformatics at the Université de Montréal. She is a member of Dr. John D. Rioux’s laboratory and is co-supervised by Dre Julie Hussin. Her research focuses on applying multi-omics approaches to better understand the biological mechanisms underlying therapeutic response in inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD). By integrating proteomic, metabolomic, and genomic data, her project aims to identify molecular signatures associated with treatment response and contribute to a better understanding of patient variability in treatment outcomes.
