Alexis Nolin-Lapalme is an MD-PhD student in bioinformatics co-supervised by Julie Hussin. He is conjointly completing his medical degree at the Université de Montréal. He is interested in better understanding the role of the microbiome in immunotherapy response as well as using computer vision to predict patient outcome from chest CT scans.
