After obtaining a Bachelor degree in pharmacology at McGill University and working in a contracted research organization, Yonglin joined Dr. Chukwuemeka Anene-nzelu’s group and OMICS group (Dr. Julie Hussin) as a master’s student in bioinformatics at the Université de Montréal. His project is to uncover the epigenetic profiling of non-cardiomyocytes in hearts.
