Justin Pelletier is on his way to complete his bachelor’s degree in Bioinformatics at Université de Montréal. He joined the OMICS group in May 2018 as a summer intern. In the summer 2018, he has been awarded an IVADO scholarship for his summer project. He expects to find and characterize mutations and polymorphisms present in subfamily CYP4F of the Cytochrome P450 genes and pseudogenes, as well as to develop a method of characterization of pharmacogenes using PacBio sequencing.
