Bénédicte L. Tremblay – Postdoctoral researcher

Bénédicte L. Tremblay joined the OMICS lab in May 2021. She completed a Ph.D. and a M.Sc. in nutritional genomics at Laval University under the supervision of Dr Marie-Claude Vohl. She developed an expertise in the integration of omics data in the context of nutrition and health. She currently works on applying a deep learningmethod to integrate genomics and metabolomics data to predict myocardial infarction. She will also assess the biological plausibility of the method for future clinical applications.
