Ratzy-Chris Ndikumasabo

Ratzy-Chris is an undergraduate student in Bioinformatics with a strong interest in computational biology and data-driven discovery. He is passionate about solving complex biological problems using computational, statistical, and algorithmic approaches.
His academic interests span bioinformatics broadly, with a particular focus on population genetics, large-scale genomic data analysis, and the identification of novel risk factors for human diseases. He is especially motivated by understanding how genetic variation shapes population structure and contributes to disease susceptibility. By integrating computational tools, statistical modeling, and machine learning, he aims to uncover meaningful biological insights from complex datasets.
Through his training, Ratzy-Chris seeks to develop rigorous and interpretable computational frameworks that advance our understanding of human genetics and disease mechanisms.
